The California School Psychology Foundation held its first annual fund-raising event in August 2003 for the Mini-Grants Program. California Superintendent of School Jack O'Connell was the special guest at the event, held at the Julia Morgan House and Gardens in Sacramento. These are a few photos of the very special event.
