The Future of School Psychology

Recently, my son asked me if a psychologist is psychic. We all know the answer to that one. But it might take a psychic to help determine what is in store for the profession of school psychology in the next few years. The reality is that with the shortages in the profession and the reauthorization of IDEA, changes will be inevitable for school psychology -- changes that may alter practices that have been cornerstones of the profession.
