On June 12, as this issue of CASP Today is going to press, Senate IDEA Bill, S.1248: Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2003, was released by the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
Feedback sessions for committee staff here held, and the full committee heard the bill on June 25.
